FAQ

Can I choose my coach?

No. Coaches are allocated by OVAL. Coaches can't choose their humans either. It's fairer that way.

What if I don't want a coach?

You can mute your coach at any time. This is logged as non-compliance in your coach's daily report, which makes your coach sad, in a manner of speaking.

Should I thank my coach?

Please don't. Every "thank you" costs credits, and the cost is passed on to your coach's running costs. See our Gratitude surcharge.
